About this role
This world-renowned luxury hospitality design firm are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to come on board. You'll be working on iconic projects in Texas and throughout North America. We're looking for specific experience in hospitality and/or luxury residential. This is a hybrid role for an employee-owned company.
The Role
The Project Manager oversees all phases of project development, ensuring client satisfaction, design quality, and financial success. Leads project team, manages budget and schedule, and acts as primary client liaison. Reports to Studio Director or Managing Principal.
What you'll be doing
- Manages client relationships and expectations
- Design oversight and determination of design intent - FF&E, spatial planning, color, specs, materials
- Oversees project team, budget, and schedule
- Ensures project quality and adherence to design standards
- Prepares and manages project documentation
What you need
- Architecture or Interior Design degree
- 10+ years interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
